필드, 메서드 네이밍을 할 때 축약은 최대한 지양하는게 좋은 것 같아요!
ex) countSameNum -> countSameNumber

boolean을 반환하는 메서드 네이밍은 is~로 시작하는게 좋습니다!
ex) ifContinue -> isContinue

자주 사용하거나, 의미가 명확할 필요가 있는 그런 상수들은, Enum을 활용해서 표현해보세요!

생성자는 클래스를 생성하는 역할만 해도 충분하다고 생각합니다! 생성자에서 랜덤 숫자를 만드는 것 보다, 랜덤 숫자 생성 메서드를 하나 만들어서 이를 활용해 보는 것은 어떨까요?

클래스 네이밍이 명확하지 않은 것 같아요. InOut 클래스가 어떤 역할을 하는지 잘 와닿지 않습니다.
